Tooth Whitening
ZOOM! Whitening is a fast, safe, and effective in-office procedure. After a short period of preparation, a carbomide peroxide whitening gel is applied to the tooth surfaces. An ultraviolet light is then shone on the gel to gently penetrate your teeth, breaking up the stains and discoloration. A brighter smile is generally seen when the patients leave the office!
The at-home whitening treatments involve making custom trays to fit the mouth. A whitening gel is then placed in these trays and worn for a few hours a day. Results can generally be seen within a few days to a couple weeks.
